Aubrey Plaza
Aubrey Plaza (born June 26 in 1984) is a stand-up actor and comedian, and is known for exuding her humor in a funny style. She plays April Ludgate in Parks and Recreation. In The Jeannie Tate Show her character made her first web-series debut after doing sketch comedy and improv at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. Then she appeared as Juddah Apatow's Funny People and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World at the end of her career. Today, we celebrate the birthday of Aubrey Christina Plaza. Aubrey Christina Plaza (born in Wilmington Delaware) is the child of Bernadette Plaza, who is an attorney by profession, and David Plaza a financial consultant. Their father was Puerto Rican while her mother is Irish as well as English. Plaza graduated from the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and was a Catholic, all-girls secondary school, in the year 2006 following having graduated in 2002. As a high-school senior, Plaza was the head of the Wilmington Drama League and her school's Student Government. In 2004, while in her second year of college, Plaza was struck by a stroke, which left her with expressive aphasia and a period of paralysis. Her recovery is complete. Plaza has performed improv comedy, and sketches at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater since 2004. Also, she's performed stand-up comedy at the Laugh Factory and The Improv in N.Y.C. Plaza played in E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street as Robin Gibney, The Jeannie Tate Show with Ben Schwartz and also the premiere Terrible Decisions episode. Troopers on CollegeHumor, Plaza played the Princess a satirical Sci-Fi persona. Plaza was the first saxophonist to debut in the film Cassorla's Bona Fide in 2014. In 2012 she also made her saxophone debut in Father John Misty's Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings. In 2012, as Hawaiian Coffee, she appeared on HarmonQuest's HarmonQuest 2016 as Gnome. Also, she portrayed Aaron Burr in Drunk History and Cat Adams for Season 11 of the C.B.S. Criminal Minds, a TV series. The actress made an impressive appearance as the character in Season 12. Following her announcement, Plaza appeared in An Evening with Beverly Luff Linn.
